After one year operation, we are happy to announce our web shop order for delivery or pick up service will be available every week as long as stock is available.
Please note that we process orders one day prior selected deliver or pick up date.
To confirm an order, please make sure providing proof of payment via message or email to us. Any quote without payment two days before the delivery date will be cancelled.
Minimum order $50 for free delivery or $5 fee per order for Brisbane City Council areas only.

Diamond One Handmade online shop is hosted and and customised by our very own company director.
A website that provides ease of use and receives payments will be audited by financial company to enable online payment.
We are currently only able to process bank transfer orders. This means you will need to send the payment confirmation via the website message or email to us.
The website enables us to provide you a complete history of the quotes, sales & invoices available for you to check anytime.
Confirming a purchase
The only way to confirm a order is to provide proof of bank transfer to us. Our administration team will use the website and email to let you know your order has been confirmed and ready to be delivered on the nominated date.
The picture shows an example reference number you should use as payment reference, your reference number is always different with a new purchase.
After the quote is confirmed, it will become a sales order. All you need to do from there on... is to wait for the goods to arrive!

After you log into to your accounts and click on the quotation number, you can scroll down to the bottom and message us.
You can also attach a screenshot of your bank transfer confirmation so we can process your order faster.
